Panic Button and Smoke Alarm
The Panic Button package is made for older people. The Smoke Alarm package warns you about fire and carbon monoxide. Both work in the same app.

Panic Button
The panic button is on the wrist or around the neck. When it is pressed, the family gets an alert on their phones. The older person never needs to use the app.

Self-install
Smoke Alarm
One sensor detects smoke, carbon monoxide and temperature. The alert reaches your phone even when nobody is home. You install it yourself.

Mobile connection and support
The hub SIM card and 24/7 customer support are included in the monthly fee.
Warranty
When you buy, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. When you rent, maintenance and repairs are charged by the price list.

Can I add sensors to the Start package later?
Yes. Every device can also be bought separately and the monthly fee stays the same. If you want a technician to install them, installation is charged on top.
Is installation required?
Yes, the packages include installation by a technician (150 €, or 200 € for Premium). The technician sets up the hub and puts the sensors in the right places. Sensors you buy later you can also install yourself.
What happens when the rental ends?
A technician comes to collect the devices. If you want to keep the system, we will make you a buy-out offer.
Which makes more sense, buying or renting?
Buying costs more up front, but the monthly fee is lower and the devices are yours. Renting lets you start with a small amount, and the devices stay our property. If you plan to live in the same home for years, buying pays off. In a rented flat, renting is simpler.
