Withdrawal from the contract
As a private person you may withdraw from a contract ordered through valve.ee within 14 days without giving a reason. For devices the period starts on the day they are handed over to you (usually the installation day). For the monthly service and rent it starts on the day the contract is made.

I withdraw from the contract
If the technician installed the system at your request before the 14 days were up, on withdrawal you pay for the installation visit and the visit to remove the devices. We refund payments received from you within 14 days at the latest. More in the terms.
