The older person only has to press the button. The alert goes to the family’s phones.

The button is on the wrist or around the neck and works all over the home. No code, no screen, just one button.
Alert
The hub sends the alarm through the app to every phone you have added: children, neighbour, carer. The alert carries a name: “Mum: panic button”.
Help
Family members call or go round. If you like, you can add a patrol too, which is a separate agreement.
The kit has two devices
The hub plugs into a socket, the button goes around the neck or on the wrist. A technician sets the system up.
Hub
Into a socket. It has a battery and a SIM card inside, so it works during power and internet cuts.
Panic button
With a wristband or a neck cord. One big button, replaceable battery.
App for the family
On the family’s phones. Shows alerts, the button’s battery level and the hub connection.

Extra devices
Press “Add” and the price updates straight away. When you buy, extra devices do not raise the monthly fee. When you rent, each device adds a monthly fee.

An alert if the front door opens at night.

When the older person is out, it reports movement at home.

In the bathroom or by the bed, so a button is always within reach.
The app is on the family’s phones
The app is free and you can add as many users as you like: children, neighbour, carer. The technician adds the first users during setup and you can add more yourself later.

Does the older person need to use a smartphone?
No. They only need to press the button.
Does the button work outdoors?
At home and close to home, within range of the hub. Not further away, it is not a GPS device.
Who gets the alert?
Everyone whose phone the technician adds to the app: children, neighbour, carer. You can add users yourself later.
What if nobody answers?
If you like, you can add a patrol that drives out. The price depends on the location.
