Security system devices
All devices are wireless and work with the same hub. You can also buy or rent them one by one. When you buy, the monthly fee stays the same; when you rent, each device adds its own monthly fee.

Hub
Runs the whole system. The sensors connect to it, and when the alarm goes off it alerts your phone.
Where it goes: In every kit. On an inner wall by a socket, away from windows.

Doors, windows, rooms and the yard.
Door sensor
Fits on a door or window and its frame. If it is opened while the system is armed, the alarm goes off.
Where it goes: Front door, terrace door, balcony door, ground-floor windows.

Senses movement across the whole room. Ignores pets.
Where it goes: In a room corner facing the door; one sensor covers up to 30 m².

Smoke detector
The sensor has its own siren and you also get an alert on your phone.
Where it goes: On the kitchen ceiling and on every floor. The law requires at least one at home (Fire Safety Act).
